In this post we are going to know about Electronic Payment & Application System scholarships (ePass) Renewal process . Students who applied for scholarship last year ( either 1st, 2nd year or 3rd year ) and now they are going to extend the current year ( or 2 years or 3 years or last year ) to apply through online only . Before going to an application for renewal throuh online fashion candiates should keep some required documents such as
1. scanned memo ,
2.scanned Income Affidavit ( signed by student & Parent )
3.Download , UID ( Aadhaar card ) scanned document ,
4.Bankcard book first page of photos scanned document ( Not required for EBC ) and
5.Allotment order( for CET / counseling courses ) with you should have a mobile with you to enter a one-time password sent to your mobile phone .
Now step by step process of ePASS Renewal
Step 1 : To renew scholarship candiates are required to browse the main website , and should seek to " postmatric Scholarship for renewal registration " and click the Cick Here , as shown below
Step 2 : In this step, candiates have to put check marks according to their eliibility and requirement is finally click Apply now Button
Example :- MBA Students belonging to BCB cateory wants to apply for an renewal has to put a check mark on all because he is eligible for the scholarship , as well as the reimbursement. Candiates belonging to EBC eligible for reimbursement . So they do not need to put a checkmark Bank Pass book Check Box .
STEP3 : candiates need to provide below given information in order to complete Step 3 successfully
1.Enter application ID
2.select ssc pass type either AP or AP Regular Additional or other board etc
3.Type SSC hall ticket No.
4.Finally Enter ssc pass year
One candiatees have provided all above inforamtion in an accurate manner they can seek next button at bottom.Candiate should press next button to move step 4
Step 4: Candiates must enter unique identification Authority of India ( uid ) and mobile number twice
Step 5: If candiates have successfully completed 4th step the renewal application confirmation form is displayed as shown below screenshot . Candiates must fill in all required information and uploaded scanned documents such 1.as previous years passed scanned memo 2.scanned Income Affidavit ( signed by student and parent ) 3. Download UID ( Aadhaar Card) 4.scanned document 5.bank pass book first page of photos scanned document (not required for EBC ) and verification code should be typed as it shows in the image
Note: Candiates must cross check again that all the information in the right way or if confirmed all the details correct, candiates can further submit button to step 6
Step6 : Candiates will get one to get one time pass word to the mobile number which was entered in the step 4
Once all the above six steps are done successfully a new page that links such as print Aknowledgementt and printout application form candiates can print both acknowledgement and application form for the prupose take in college to submit at college
