How to Check your Aadhaar card status
In my last article i told you how to download Aadhaar card online.Now i will say you how to check status of your Aadhaar card. click here http://resident.uidai.net.in/check-aadhaar-status .
You can check your card status at uidai.gov.in .Candidates who are eagerly waiting to know the status of their card now can follow the following steps and find the status.
The status can be found by entering the Enrollment number that is 14 digit Id or 28 digit Enrollment Id with date and time printed on your acknowledgement.
How to check my status Online ?
* Candidate to know status must log on to the official website of uidai
http://resident.uidai.net.in/check-aadhaar-status.
* Enter the 14 digit Enrollment ID and date and time .
* Then enter the verification code
Click "Submit" button to check the status.
Now you can the status of your card on your screen. Status may be like " IN PROCESS " or you may get
" Congratulations! your Aadhaar has been generated and the Aadhaar letter will be delivered shortly ".
If the status is In Process then you will get the message shown below.
If the status is "Congratulations! your Aadhaar has been generated and the Aadhaar letter will be delivered shortly".Then you will get the message like this
To find your aadhaar letter then Click on Click here to track your aadhaar letter under "Congratulations! your Aadhaar has been generated and the Aadhaar letter will be delivered shortly".
Once you clicked ,you will get a screen as shown in the image.There you enter your Enrollment Number and date to find your aadhaar card.Then you will find a status as item booked or item deliverd etc..
You can also find your status via mobile.Just send a SMS to UID at 51969 to known your status.
How to find my status through mobile ?
On your mobile Type "UID STATUS + 14 Digits Enrollment Number" then send it to 51969.If your card is completed then UIDAI will send you your Aadhaar card number to your mobile (If not UIDAI send you the status of Aadhaar card) .
For Example :-
Type <UID STATUS 98765432109876> Send SMS to 51969
