The NCERT is a organised by government of India.Headquartes at Sri Aurbindo Marg in New Delhi,to advise and assist the central and state governments on academics of school education.It was established in the year 1961.
NCERT also includes departments of National Institute of Education (NIE), Regional Institute of Education (RIE),Central Institute of Vocational Education (CIVE)and officers of Field Advisers in states are engaged in extensive programme of NCERT.It acts as a Sectariat of the National Development Group (NDG).It is offering many training facilities,educational workshops .
