National Malaria Research Institute:
NIMR was established in 1977 as 'Malaria Research Center' which was renamed as "National Malaria Research Institute" in nov 2005.It is one of the institutes of Indian Council of Medical Research (an autonomous body under department of health Research,Ministry of health and Family Welfare,Govt of India).
They provide medicine for malaria control through out India and conduct workshops in many rural areas and get public awareness on malaria.
